Customers who purchase the Enterprise Scale edition will benefit from Additional Polling Engines, High Availability, Additional Web Servers, Enterprise Operations Console, a Lab License, and Premier Support.

Increase Reach and Polling Capacity Increase polling capacity or enhance visibility to remote sites with Additional Polling Engines (APEs). Whether your organization runs a centralized or distributed deployment, adding APEs will increase polling capacity, and allow you to monitor more nodes on your network.
Gain Failover Protection
SolarWinds High Availability (HA) provides failover protection for your SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability server and Additional Polling Engines to reduce data loss if your primary server goes down. If your primary server fails, the HA feature allows your secondary server to take over all services, such as polling and alerting, with minimal downtime. SolarWinds HA protects your main server, also known as your Main
Polling Engine, and Additional Polling Engines. It does not protect your databases or your Additional Web Servers.
Enhance Performance
Help improve the performance of your Web Console by using Additional Web Servers (AWS) to load-balance many users or to support secured environments where Hybrid Cloud Observability is deployed behind a firewall. With Additional Web Servers, you can access the Web Console remotely, from locations other than your
primary Hybrid Cloud Observability server.

Enterprise Operations Console (EOC) provides unified visibility into geographically distributed networks. EOC is a single, consolidated command center providing full visibility across your entire ecosystem. EOC allows users to visualize environments across locations and provides the ability to build custom maps or import autogenerated maps and add them to any view or dashboard. EOC allows for real-time
status of any entity or group from remote instances with a fully customizable, tilebased view of entity or group status along with alerts in order of frequency.
